- 技术故障：如果本服务完全无法使用超过连续 24 小时，且您因此无法使用已购积分。- Technical failure: Service completely unavailable for >24 consecutive hours and you couldn't use purchased credits.
- 重复扣款：因账单错误导致同一笔购买被多次扣款。- Duplicate charge: Charged multiple times for the same purchase due to billing error.
- 未授权购买：您的账号被盗用于非授权购买（需在 48 小时内报告）。- Unauthorized purchase: Account compromised and used for unauthorized purchases (must report within 48 hours).
