1. 接受条款1. Acceptance of Terms

访问或使用 Cannon Studio（"本服务"）即表示您同意受本条款约束。如果您不同意，请勿使用本服务。By using Cannon Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. 服务说明2. Description of Service

Cannon Studio 提供 AI 图片生成和视频创作工具。图片对注册用户免费（每天最多 50 张）。视频生成需要积分，积分可购买。Cannon Studio provides AI image generation and video creation. Images are free for registered users (up to 50/day). Video generation costs credits which can be purchased.

3. 用户账号3. User Accounts

您有责任保护账号凭据的机密性。您必须提供准确的注册信息。一人不得持有多个免费账号。You are responsible for your account credentials. Provide accurate registration info. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. 可接受使用4. Acceptable Use

您同意不使用本服务生成违法、辱骂、骚扰或侵犯他人权利的内容。包括但不限于：成人内容、暴力、仇恨言论、侵权内容。我们保留无通知终止违规账号的权利。You agree NOT to use the Service for illegal, abusive, harassing, or rights-violating content. This includes adult content, violence, hate speech, or IP infringement. We may terminate violating accounts without notice.

5. 知识产权5. Intellectual Property

您保留所创作内容的所有权。使用本服务即表示您授予我们有限的许可来托管和展示您的内容（仅用于向您提供服务）。您有责任确保您的提示词和上传图片不侵犯他人权利。You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us limited license to host/display your content solely for providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads don't infringe others' rights.

6. 积分与支付6. Credits & Payments

视频生成需要积分。积分除退款政策规定外不予退款。我们保留提前 30 天通知修改定价的权利。Video generation requires credits. Credits are non-refundable except per our Refund Policy. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

信用卡支付由 Creem 处理，加密货币支付由 NowPayments 处理，PayPal 支付直接处理。购买即表示您同意对应处理方的服务条款。我们不对手续费、汇率波动或区块链确认延迟负责。Cards processed by Creem, crypto by NowPayments, PayPal directly. You agree to the processor's terms. We are not responsible for fees, exchange rates, or blockchain delays.

7. 服务可用性7. Service Availability

我们努力维持运行，但不保证无中断访问。维护期间服务可能不可用。AI 生成质量可能因各种因素而有所差异，不作保证。We strive for uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable during maintenance. AI output quality may vary and is not guaranteed.

8. 责任限制8. Limitation of Liability

本服务按"原样"提供，不作任何形式的担保。我们不对因使用本服务而产生的任何损害承担责任。The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use.
